To establish policy and guidance for the effective use of initial assessment by Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) staff to determine the appropriate services for Wagner-Peyser (WP) customers in the comprehensive SC Works Centers. This policy does not apply to the Reemployment Assistance (REA) program.
