To provide an updated list of U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP) grantees in South Carolina and to identify veterans eligible for service by HVRP grantees. HVRP grantees in SC now includes Second Chance Jobs. No other changes were made to this policy.
