Inclement Winter Weather: SC Works Closings
This page notifies the public of the current openings and closures of SC Works centers across the state. Centers are closed either due to weather-related issues or because they follow the South Carolina Emergency Management Division's (SCEMD) county closure schedule available here.
Please see the list of closures, delays, and/or early dismissals for each center below.
Specific to only Lexington and Richland Counties: Government offices, including SC Works, in Lexington and Richland counties might still be providing employment services despite having a county closure status in the SCEMD schedule. If a center in either county is listed below, then the status column will clarify if virtual services are still available for jobseekers or if this is a full center closure with service disruptions.
