To provide the requirements and procedures for requesting subsequent designation as a Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) and subsequent certification as a Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB).

To provide guidance on requesting Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) waivers of state specific requirements.

This policy provides clarification on performance violations, which include the failure to meet one or more negotiated/adjusted levels of performance and/or additional state indicators of performance. No other changes have been made to the policy. 

To issue state policy regarding conflict of interest applicable to single entities performing multiple functions under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

To identify the planning regions within the state for purposes of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
